  1. Yes, we will be upgrading soon and also, you really dont need that package. Should be installed on your PC already i believe.
  2. FTP port is port 21, please change it back. You didn't need to change it at all. After that, make sure it is set as an exception in the Windows Firewall and your own firewall if you have any.
  3. hmmm.. i have no idea... what do you want to change so i can change it for you? I don't think there is a time set limit on it, but i am not sure.
  4. MX is not need, and the hostname can be set up as localhost. Just use the setup and tell us what u need... be specific. Most of it can be localhost if it is asking for an address or something. Further help can also be received from hMailServer forum.

  10. You are probably behind a router and school and yes, you do not have access to it. The same thing will probably happen behind the new server software, and another thing is that your school might not authorize it. There might also be a firewall on the PC you are using so you might want to check that. Possibility is that the firewall was Off for like 5 minutes after the server started cause of config and then after that, it turned On.
  11. Hmm never heard of this error. Something must be conflicting with thee server from Window's side... Make sure IIS iis not running.
  12. If you messed up, download a new copy and run it to test and use.

  16. Ediit the Apache conf file and turn Off the logs by commenting the line. Do the same for PHP.

  21. K, here is what i think you need to do. Contact DynDNS Support for help on setting the port in the A record. They will be able to tell you this easily.
