You are probably behind a router and school and yes, you do not have access to it. The same thing will probably happen behind the new server software, and another thing is that your school might not authorize it. There might also be a firewall on the PC you are using so you might want to check that. Possibility is that the firewall was Off for like 5 minutes after the server started cause of config and then after that, it turned On.

Hmm never heard of this error. Something must be conflicting with thee server from Window's side... Make sure IIS iis not running.

K, here is what i think you need to do. Contact DynDNS Support for help on setting the port in the A record. They will be able to tell you this easily.
