ahhh... thats alright... the other guy's own post was wrong degrading our product on our forum.. but something like that is no problem... The pskill is not made to shut down the server in service mode... It is made to shut it down in normal mobile mode. For Service, you have to use the services.msc command in Run and the find Apache and stop it.... Not the pskill..... Please discontinue that method as it kills the app when the service might still be running....

Is Skype running on your PC or anything blocking port 80? That line is to start Apache itself.

I really dont know what the problem is from here. Only way is to see your PC or enter it to debug it.... Or your host is blocking all ports period.
