    Just change Listen 80 to Listen 81 in the httpd.conf file. The new address will then be http://localhost:81, which you have to type in the Address bar as it might not work when the redirect.html file redirects.

    If you have a router, then you can just do the ALLOW/DENY.... They probably wont get pass the router and if they do, probably not to the server.

    Never used either so not sure, but make sure you have the correct paths and the correct login infor for MYSQL. root/root.

    You also have to change the one in the php.ini file also.... Though we do not recommend this, please be careful as this may cause problems with the server...
