  1. You have to set it in the FTP programs configuration, exempt it in Windows Firewall and any other firewall programs, and also set the FTP client to connect to it using that port. If the client does not have a place for you to put the port, use the port at the end of the address.

  3. After clicking the database name in phpMyAdmin, click SQL on top to put the code in.
  4. huh? You database files should be in the 'data' folder of usr/local/nysql/

  6. There is, but it might not be the best option for you as it might mess the whole server up. It can be changed in the httpd.conf file and also must be changed in the php.ini file.

  10. hmm... not that i know off... make sure yor Firewall is rightly set and that the file is saved correctly with the right attributes.
  11. Its in the right place and seems to work for me though i already updated the development copy... Thanks.
  12. Check all the folders of the default PHP Installation.... that file should be there... if its not, i know MySQL has it for sure.
  13. nah, the problem for Damian is the drive letter change. You need to set the W:/home/admin/www/includes/config.inc.php drive letter to your new driive letter. Thanks and sorry for the confusion.
  14. Try placing it in thhe cgi-bin folder. W:/cgi-bin/
  15. hmm, it should. The only reason it wont work is if your Firewall is blocking it.

  17. Thanks, i also just noticed that.... tried it out.
  18. Check to make sure LIBMYSQL.DLL is not in the C:/Windows/System32 or C:/Windows folder. Also check to make sure you started the MySQL.
  19. Umm.... are you saying you can't connect? Then check your server setting and your code.
