You have to set it in the FTP programs configuration, exempt it in Windows Firewall and any other firewall programs, and also set the FTP client to connect to it using that port. If the client does not have a place for you to put the port, use the port at the end of the address.

nah, the problem for Damian is the drive letter change. You need to set the W:/home/admin/www/includes/config.inc.php drive letter to your new driive letter. Thanks and sorry for the confusion.

Try placing it in thhe cgi-bin folder. W:/cgi-bin/

hmm, it should. The only reason it wont work is if your Firewall is blocking it.

Check to make sure LIBMYSQL.DLL is not in the C:/Windows/System32 or C:/Windows folder. Also check to make sure you started the MySQL.

Umm.... are you saying you can't connect? Then check your server setting and your code.
