r3g, there is a massive amount of bug in your translation. Why? Because of the use of ( ' ) in your translation. You have to replace it with the html code for it, which i do not know of head Please make sure not to replace the ones that are holding the script together. Cabra, you have html codes in your translation. I have no idea what it translates to or if they are just symbols but your translation works ok. Thanks everyone.

Check to make sure that MySQL is started. If it isn't, start it from http://localhost/a/ Check to make sure that the username and password for MySQL is correct in the config file of the cms. It should be root/root (username/password).

To uninstall the Uniform Server, it is as easy as ABC... just Delete the whole folder and thats it. Uniform Server does not cause problems for any program, none!.. unless you messed up somewhere. It does not write to C:/Program Files, C:/Windows nor the Registry .. it is the safest program on your computer to say

You can install a FTP Plugin... Check to make sure MySQL is started. If it isn't, phpMyAdmin will not work.

I do not believe cPanel has released a version for Windows yet. If you check their site, http://www.cpanel.net and scroll down you will see that it is still in development
