Hey Guyz Recently i have installed Uniserverz 11.0.2 in windows server 2012 R2. Apache crashes then and now and sometimes the Apache services does not start at all. Hello, I am having a serious problem with accessing the Uniform Server that I had installed sometime ago to build a web database. The last time I had tried to start the server it, I was successful. I just tried to start the server again just a little while ago and the browser said the link appears to be broken. Can somebody help me fix this please? Any help would be much appreciated.

Used Uniform for many years and have been really happy with it. Since the project seems to have fallen asleep I looked around for alternatives. I can strongly recommend laragon.org.

Hello, We've been trying to download the latest (XIV) version of the Windows Binary (14_0_0_ZeroXIV.exe) but we are getting reports of malware (Trojan:Win32/Casdet!rfn) when either downloading or launching the executable. A great pity that a big project disappears because of the negligence of its developers. More than three months without any signs of life. Avoid using it on production! HTTPD + PHP has a memory leak, slowing the server down in time and crashing at some point. It's US 13.3.2 here, but I don't know how far the bug goes back. Haven't tested if it's the build of Apache coming with the stack, or this version of Apache, or PHP. Tried some different settings with 3 of our servers in the past 3 months. It was a disaster. The first 2 were some low end VPS servers so we thought it could be the servers. The last one is set up on a monster dedicated server with lots of resources after a format. Ive been developing websites for 3-4 years just as a hobby mainly. I started off editing files and uploading via ftp. Works but few extra steps. Finally about a year ago I set up a webserver here at home and took the leap into learning the server administration part (Setting up apache, php, mysql, etc). The nature of my work forces me to use portable application. I used to do everything manually but I found out Portableapps.com had their own launcher that fetched, installed and later update the apps so I didn't have too. I got the portable version for most of my apps from there and having the launcher update apps for me was a real time saver and ensured I always had the latest (most secure) version of my apps. I wanted to include Uniform Server too but it wasn't on the list... FYI This website seems to have speed issues, sometimes painfully slow, speed does seem to vary. http://www.uniformserver.com/ loads the fastest. http://wiki.uniformserver.com is slower. http://forum.uniformserver.com seems the slowest and most painful. All other websites I visit on the web the speed is ok so do not think its on my end? Speedtest.net claims my connection is. Ping 21 msDownload 27.24 MbpsUpload 6.37 Mbps Thanks for what you do! Hello there. I've been waiting for a while now to Uniform Server to be HiDPI Aware, but it seems that it is not a priority, but it should. In case you didnt see how it looks like on hiDPI screen here is a screenshot. Please make it HiDPI aware. I dont now in what language Uniserver was written but i would try to help. Thank you

Its a shame, but XP remains alive! I have had several requests for a version of Uniform Server that runs on XP. I am reluctant to recommend previous versions of Uniform Server because things move on, for example removal of known or potential security issues. That said it is possible to use components from the current more secure ZeroXII series with the following maximum specification: Apache 2.4.18 – Downgrade to VC9 MySQL 5.5.48 or MariaDB 5.5.48 PHP 5.4.45 phpMyAdmin 4.4.15.4 No PHP switching. As I'm thankful to be approaching the completion of some major goals with the assistance of the Uniform Server, I did something I rarely do these days. I actually had the presence of mind to make a charitable contribution towards the development and upkeep of the project as I've decided to settle on it as my local machine server of choice. I understand that there is an expenditure of time, effort, and monetization to keep everything moving forward. Hi, I using your server from years. It's very good and easy to use. I would like to suggest to integrate NGINX server as front and to keep Apache on the back. It's running fast. It's very easy to integrate. At digitalocean.com I found a help how to do it. I will be happy to see it as part of Uniform server. Also will be nice to be pre-installed ioncube loader and DBG (PHP DEBUGGER - dbg-php-5.4.so /.dll). Thank's

Hi guys, I just discovered the project and I've been searching the forums and wiki. I see one or two abandoned attempts to produce a python plugin, and a little discussion indicating a desire to keep the package focused on PHP. Is python something you maintainers would even want in the project if I made it? How involved would it be for me to do, and where would I start gathering info on how to do it? Why I ask: I'm starting a project for which I'd much rather use python (including pywin32-level capabilities) than PHP. My technical level: experienced apache admin and professional coder Thanks!
