You can remove this error from your iPhone by many ways, because the causes for the errors are different in different scenario:

  1. Restart your iPhone.

  2. Re-insert the SIM card.

  3. Enable-disable airplane mode once.

  4. Reset the network settings.

  5. Try to be in a region where everyone has a good network.

The "mobile state" error can happen due to a variety of reasons, like network settings or iOS bugs. First, try resetting your network settings. If that doesn’t work, consider checking your iCloud Private Relay settings, as it sometimes interferes with network connections. I found this article helpful in explaining how it works and how to tweak it https://setapp.com/app-reviews/icloud-private-relay If the issue persists, you might need to contact Apple Support or even do a full factory reset, but that’s always the last resort!
