LtB Posted March 9, 2021 Report Share Posted March 9, 2021 I'm not sure this is the exact right forum... I have run a TNG genealogical test website on Server XIII for years. I Installed TNG as I did on the web. The on line public version must now run on a PHP version that is not in XIII, so when I found it IN XIV I decided to upgrade.uniform Server to XIV. I downloaded v14.02, and copied the WWW folder to this new version. Now I can start the site, but TNG throws an error: Error: TNG is not communicating with your database. Please check your database settings and try again. What have I done wrong? Should I have copied VIV over XIII? I have no idea... Quote Leo Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
