Yes, UniformServer is built using the 32 bit versions of Apache, PHP and MySQL as well as all the other modules. However, we are thinking of moving this to the 64 bit versions given that most of the Operating Systems today are 64 bit. However, the builds for both Apache as well as PHP rely on them and are built using the VC runtimes as dependencies. Hence the requirement for the users who use Apache and PHP will also need the VC runtimes.
