Hello,

Try this.

Go to "udrive/www/" folder and delete the .htaccess file.

Enjoy :)

This suggests it’s a router/nat limitation because your server is clearly working:

Are you using a router with nat if so what model?

All the best

i guess you maybe right. im using artnet 4port hub

Firmware Version: ETHADSL_USB_080902_REL9P

Customer Software Version: 080902_REL9P-ARTNET-01

i already set my pc in DMZ with comodo firewall ( dmz without firewall is dangerous i aler about it :) )

im not sure about nat as in my router theres option NAT / NAPT / DYNAMIC NAPT

if i disable it no one can connect to internet but if i change to NAPT or using the default which is DYNAMIC NAPT its working but still i cant view it but others can. :)

any idea ?

I am not familiar with this type of router hence can’t offer any real advice. :)

It may be worth taking a look at http://portforward.com/routers.htm

Perhaps someone on the forum recognises this equipment and can help!

All the best

Ric :)

Have you tried this: on the computer you are Viewing your website on locally (if you are using windows)

Go to - C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

and open with notepad and you will see this

# Copyright (c) 1993-1999 Microsoft Corp.
#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host

127.0.0.1 localhost

Then just add in at the bottom under - 127.0.0.1 localhost

# point to my server:

10.0.0.41 www.yourdomain.co.uk #Local server

make sure you change the ip number 10.0.0.41 to ponit to your server, Example 192.168.1.34

save and close down all Browsers

Hope this helps :)
