Can anybody tell me why?

 

I have my batch file here, which I changed the drive letter, but everything else is left untouched.

If you change it to p, then the first thing is to make sure that:

 

A. P is available. No other hard drive or anything has a name of P on your computer

B. Make sure that when you start the server, the P:/ drive is actually created.
