olajideolaolorun
Ok, you mention upload and download, so which are you saying is slow..? If you saying that the download is slow, it deends on what connection the person is using and how far the person is, and if it's the upload, then it might be the same thing plus the script... You might also ned to chnage the max_upload set for php in the php.ini file. How big is the file? kalpz
As in, a friend downloaded an application from me which was 300mb in size. So my friend isnt uploading to me... He's downloading FROM me .. He has a pretty fast connection, 25mbps to be exact...So, he should actually be downloading from me around 100kb/s... wonder why it stayed at 40kb/s Quote ATOMIC Web Hosting 2007 - 2011 Shared Hosting - Reseller Hosting - Dedicated Servers - Virtual Private Servers (Request Dedicated/VPS Servers via E-mail) E-mail: sales@atomicwebhosting.com Website: http://www.atomicwebhosting.com/
olajideolaolorun
Well, i dont think its the server. Could be anything from your ISP to your connection... Do you know that your upload rate and download rate also are not the same... from your ISP... Upload could be less or more than download.. Run those tests on the internet to determine your speed.
