    PEAR

Go to http://go-pear.org and download the latest installer. Replace it with the one in the Uniform Server installation and run it.
  3. hmm.. maybe it left a junk file. Try searching your PC for LIBMYSQL.DLL MySQL usually leaves it in the C:/Windows/ or C:/Windows/System32 Delete it if you find it.
  4. lol, don't get pissed of yet.. i know how it also feels. I have no idea why so we will just have to debug this somehow. I know its not a bug because this does not happen to everyone and only happens once in a blue moon, but i will try and find some information about what is causing this.
  5. Go to phpMyAdmin, click the database, and look for Export on the screen...? Same thing, just that for imports, you click SQL i think is what its named.
  6. You have to open the server up. Edit the .htaccess file and remove or comment out where it says DENY, the 3 lines. It should work now if you have the right ip address not the network address but the real one. Get it from www.whatismyip.com
  7. Its not a bug. I think it is due to a program or something running on your computer. We have had a few other reports about this, but can't seem to locate the problem. Can you get a list of programs/firewall/antivirus program you and your friends share and run?
  8. Yes, you need the contents in the W:/www/ folder and you also need to export the database using phpMyAdmin.
  9. k, i will work on that
  10. You may have to edit the php.ini file to add the info for the SMTP. The username and password that is... for the Mail Server...
  11. Yeah, go figure. But the dumping of the programs is not needed Just the writing to files and logs needs to be stopped. I will write a tutorial in the wiki as soon as i get time.
  12. Yeah, we know about the logs... you only have to do the same thing all over for PHP and MySQL. Make sure you do it for PHP or it may cause problems when it is trying to write to the tmp directory or the log directory. MySQL also reads and write to the data directory so you will have to only allow it to read and not write
  13. Is the /home/admin/WWW/mysql_password file still there? If it isn't, create a file anmed mysql_password, no extension and enter root as the password. Hope this helps...
  14. Wow, i have not tested it on that. Give it a try and lets see If it works i would be happy...
  15. Yeah sorry about that. Its the process32 bug. It is suppose to only affect WinNT but somehow it also affects Win98, WinMe, Win95. the problem has been fixed for 3.3 There is also a small patch in the SF Patch System that may help you. Thanks again
  16. Do you have another MySQL Server Installed? Something might be killing it...
  17. Start MySQL! You have not started it lol
  18. um, all you have to do is transfer you /usr/local/mysql/data directory from the old one to the new one and everything is back in place 30 seconds is still not good... somehting is affecting it and i wonder what it is...
  19. lol feel free
  20. No, no problem Try installing a new version and see if it works... Thanks
  21. Not again... last i heard of this problem was while we were still in the SourceForge Forums and we never got to the end of it... did you install any new software or change anything that might have affected it? A new firewall, anti-virus, anything?
  22. no, we never got a reply... I would do it myself, but i am too busy and plan to do it after we have installers for the plguins ready... I believe it should be relatively easy to do if you know what to do and what needs writing
  23. Oh and also, 3.3 is suppose to be a new stand point, thats why we want a good stable release.... I can help you update your current 3.2a installation if you like. Just send me an email or catch me on Yahoo/MSN
