Hmm, the only think i can think of is your router. It works internally.. so port 80 is definitely open on your machine. On your router is port 80 open and sent to that machine's IP address?

When you actually go on there with your ip address, what does it say?

Hmm, try and download on another PC to USB and try and run on the main PC, let me know what happens. Someone did this and it worked for them.

First of all i would like you to please read up on the Uniform Server License. As it is open source you have to make sure you inform your users that they are paying for your part of the product and not Uniform Server. As for your problem, Uniform Server can be ran on any Windows OS platform. Error free*. With Vista, ofcourse you have to have admin privileges to run it because of the Vista UAC. As long as they sign in from an admin account everything should be ok. They dont need to force the Run as Administrator. It should work. ;-)

Do you have Skype running? and search your PC for LIBMYSQL.DLL, even though i dont think that should be affecting you, but it may...
