Zizzan
Perhaps someone on the forum has received a cease and desist letter? How dangerous is it today and what problems can you get into if you violate someone else's copyright?
Nanke
It depends on who the plaintiff is against you. Also, you don't yet know if you've actually infringed anyone's copyright. A claim of infringement does not automatically mean that you have infringed. To understand how to respond to cease and desist letter, you should consult a lawyer. Don't answer anything yourself, because you can make mistakes that will be used against you in court. I know an attorney, David Sharifi, Esq. who handles these matters.
