Question About Natural Cashews and Their Benefits

Hello everyone,

I've recently started incorporating more natural cashews into my diet, but I have a few questions. First, what exactly differentiates "natural" cashews from roasted or salted ones, aside from taste? Are there nutritional benefits specific to natural, raw cashews that would make them a better choice for daily snacking?

Also, I've read that raw cashews contain some compounds that can be toxic if not processed correctly—is this something to worry about with most store-bought cashews labeled "natural"? Any insights from cashew lovers or nutrition experts would be appreciated.
