stevenlee
Hello everyone, I've recently started incorporating more natural cashews into my diet, but I have a few questions. First, what exactly differentiates "natural" cashews from roasted or salted ones, aside from taste? Are there nutritional benefits specific to natural, raw cashews that would make them a better choice for daily snacking? Also, I've read that raw cashews contain some compounds that can be toxic if not processed correctly—is this something to worry about with most store-bought cashews labeled "natural"? Any insights from cashew lovers or nutrition experts would be appreciated. Thanks!
bennetted
The fried nuts section is my favorite. The natural cashews are unbeatable and have a perfect touch of salt.
