Email Marketing Question

Hi everyone,

I have a question about email marketing that I’m hoping you can help me with. I recently started an email campaign for my small business, but I'm struggling with open and click-through rates. I’ve tried segmenting my audience and personalizing my messages, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference for example here.

Are there any specific strategies or best practices you recommend to improve email marketing engagement? Additionally, what tools do you find most effective for tracking performance? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi there!

To improve your open and click-through rates, focus on creating compelling subject lines that spark curiosity. Experiment with the timing of your emails, as sending them at different times can make a big difference. Ensure your emails are mobile-friendly and incorporate engaging content like visuals.

A clear and enticing call-to-action is also essential. Additionally, continually grow and maintain your email list to ensure you’re reaching interested subscribers. For tracking performance, tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot offer great analytics to monitor engagement.
