From what I understand, it’s a grounding exercise that helps you stay present by focusing on your senses. I’m curious if anyone here has tried it and what your experience was like. Did it actually help reduce stress and anxiety for you? I’m looking to manage stress better and would love to hear any personal stories or tips on how to get the best results from this technique.
