Stunnel is an excellent plugin uses openSSL allows you to quickly product a secure HTTPS server. The lack of documentation, no longer an excuse for not using it check out this page:

It includes a step-step installation guide followed by how to up-grade Stunnel (recommended before using it).

 

I found a few problems with Windows XP home these I have been resolved not an elegant solution but seems to work.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
