okay this is wired i am running uniform okay

i can access the admin pannel via w:

but when i type

http://localhost

i get

 

Not Found

 

The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Apache/2.0.55 (Win32) DAV/2 PHP/5.1.1 Server at localhost Port 80

 

but when i type in

http://localhost/apanel/

the apanel comes up but not when i type http://localhost/apanel

 

also i cant get global access :)
