Drupal problems

I have copied the files in to the www/ directory and have loaded the tables.

Now, whenever I go to any page it adds this:

{head} {styles}
{_BLOCK_.header.logo} {_BLOCK_.header.site_name}  
{secondary_links}
{primary_links}
{_BLOCK_.header.blocks}

I also have Apache installed, but not MySQL or PHP.

Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Oh, and also, I can't access the apanel.

One more thing. I am using the UPXed version.

If you are running Uniserver you also have MySql and PHP. Are you trying to use both apache and uniserver at the same time?

No. I am not trying to run Apache at the same time.

I have uninstalled now, and will try again soon.

A, download the plain version.. not the UPXed. Don't really matter, but its better. B, if you have seprate installed versions of Apache, MySQL or PHP, uninstall them all. C, run the Drupal setup as directed in the Drupal docs.
