phpmyadmin access not from localhost

Is there a way to allow access to phpmyadmin from any pc instead of just the localhost? Besides the obivous of installing another copy in a path that any other PC can access.

 

 

 

I just installed the 3.3 version of uniformserver and love it so far! There are some major cool improvements.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
