I am writing this post just to report phpMyAdmin ZeroXIII versions fail to import ZIP archives. Message: "Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 19..."

My solution was to unpack the zip file, pack it again in GZIP format and finally import it in phpMyAdmin.
