When going to my IP Address, it doesn't work

I just unzipped the server new and started the server. Apanel looks impressive. I go to http://142.217.17.58 which is my IP address. It shows the directory but it says nothing exists, I have 4 folders in my www folder. I tried to go to http://142.217.17.58/nobrand/ which is one of the folders in my www folder. It displays a page not found. I'm pretty mad since I've been waiting for this new version.

    Do you have another version or another server running? What does it show when you go to http://ip-address? Did you edit the W:/www/.htaccess file to allow access?
