Where are myisamchk and myisampack utilities?

Hi,

I'm interested in compressing some myisam tables. There's supposed to be a utility shipped with mysql called myisamchk. I presume it should be in the UniServerZ\core\mysql\bin folder. Does anyone know if such utilities exist somewhere? I couldn't find them to download separately either. Looks like they are supposed to be packaged with mysql...
