Port change not working properly

I have a few problems setting up a local website using UniServer. I suspect they may be linked back to this one, so I'll start here.

 

Initially UniServer would not run because IIS had already reserved Port 80.

 

So I used the Apache configuration utility (in the dashboard) and changed the Apache port to 81.

 

When I then go to "View www" it opens "localhost/NZMotorhome/index.html" with a blank screen.

It should open "localhost:81/NZMotorhome/index.html" (shouldn't it?).

 

If I edit/correct this line in the browser address window, it does open the correct webpage.

 

What am I doing wrong?

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
