Uniform Server 12.0.0 ZeroXI Dev Released:

We have had several requests for a updated PHP 7.0.0 module that runs on UniServer 11 series.
Unfortunately the binary releases are compiled with VC14 these are not portable
or compatible with this series.

For those who wish to run PHP 7.0.0 we have published Uniform Server 12.0.0 ZeroXI dev.
