phpMiniServer Error

I recently downloaded phpMiniServer... I can run the application just fine, but when I try to click start server, I get the error "Failed to execute: 14001".

 

Might anyone have a fix to this? I really would like to start using this web sever... I really think it is epic, I just need to get past this error!

    3. Adjust your preference.
