Can not make the server control panel wider or longer

Using win8

Once the control panel opens, I can't make it wider or longer so some of the buttons are cut off.

Can't even make it smaller.

Included a screenshot of how big it is.

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
