Won't start from network drive

I installed it on my local drive and it started just fine. I then tried to install it on a mapped network drive, but the start_as_program.exe just brings up a blank window that is pointed at "c:\Windows\uni_con\uni_con_program.hta.

 

It does work if I run this .hta file directly from NETWORKINSTALL\uni_con\uni_con_program.hta

    Configure browser push notifications

    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.

    3. Adjust your preference.
