8.5.5 ERROR

When starting as program I get this error:

Char: 2

Error:ActiveX component can't create object

Code: 0

I can start Apache & mySQL as Service, but I get the same error when trying to start phpmyadmin.

 

This error occurred only after I installed 2 instances and was trying to use phpmyadmin to implement replication. Before that no error.

 

After stopping apache & mySQL , I deleted the US folders and downloaded a new 8_5_5 and re-installed, but error persisted.
