Is Coral supposed to be an improvement?

Featured Replies

Or is this an early April fools' joke?

:(

you registered just to post this? ;)

were you hoping this would start some sort of constructive discussion?

yes, it's that important.

i hope the changes were accidental.

yes, there were several months of work and testing done by accident.

I guess I'm missing the intent behind this. OF COURSE it's supposed to be an improvement. But if you haven't looked it over in detail, or you don't care about usability features, that may be why you started this grumble without being specific.

Remember, open source projects "REQUIRE" that if you complain, you must then back it with a suggested alternative, preferably a coded solution. That's why there are code snippets in this forum.

Please list the likes and dont likes maybe I am missing something?

Where do I download the source code?

Kinda have to agree with the OP. Upgraded, then quickly downgraded back to 7.1

Same here! I couldn't even start the server without it crashing and going haywire.

I didn't really have experiences with earlier versions but Coral seems to be a good working solution for me.

I specially like its structure. It is well distributed and organized in my opinion.
