Everything was too emotional, too quickly - from euphoria to irritation. It was not easy. I was looking for how this affects life together in general, and found a valuable article: adhd in relationships. It explains why everything is exactly like this, and most importantly, how to work with it. You need to learn not only to hear, but also to feel when your partner is having a hard time. Support at such moments is more important than any words. Sometimes just being there is enough.
