pastebin not connecting

and this is not all of them.. I would like the file that is referred to to replace Config.inc.php as I am trying to set up two Uniform Servers here one Apolo3.5with PHP4 and the other with PHP5 so I can use some very old PHP4 scripts,, that will be called from the new Nano server.
