January 29, 201115 yr comment_8954 Clean Install.when running phpMyAdmin I cannot create a database using the UI nor SQL etc.It does give me a green message that it was created, but there is none. Is there some file perms I can check etc ? January 30, 201115 yr comment_8955 You may try the mysql client in CMD prompt first, to see if the mysqlclient side works well ...
