PHP appears not to work with uniserver 5.3

I have been using Uniserver for a few years with no problems. I installed 5.3 on my XP box and it appears not to execute the PHP part of a web page the HTML part is ok. I have also installed on a new PC running Win 7 with the same result.

Can someone please help.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
