CD deploy, is not an easy task, I had to patch Uniform Server 5.1 start/stop scripts, which are done in PHP, to support spaces in files and directory names.

I was concerned of why it does not support spaces already, is trivial, because as Apache, PHP, MySQL already support spaces in paths.

I have done my tests on Windows Vista, so I would like to submit a patch with my changes and get feedback from Windows 98/XP/ME and 7, may you help me?
