If you have 10 tola gold, you must pay Zakat if it reaches the Nisab level. The Nisab for gold is 7.5 tola or 87.48 grams. Since 10 tola gold is more than the Nisab, Zakat is due on it. The rate of Zakat is 2.5% of the total gold value. To calculate, first, check the current gold price. Then, multiply it by 10 tola and take 2.5% of the total. For example, if 1 tola gold costs 200,000 PKR, then 10 tola gold is 2,000,000 PKR. The Zakat on this will be 50,000 PKR. Giving Zakat helps poor and sick people.
