Looks like Sourceforge have moved over to a new system.

Consequently broken links on both the forum and Wiki.

Hi Ric,

 

How very strange: yesterday I found the new link and clicked on 'all files' but there was nothing there, but this morning they are!

 

Oh well, at least they're there now.
