SOLVED! use the "download" menu option ;on Sourceforge rather than the link from Unicenter... Duh!

 

Sourceforge has a date of 2/14/2009 on ver. 4.0, Where can I find ver. 4.1 for download?

Also why is the zip version twice the size of the .exe version, I'd think it should be the other way around...
