wordpress mini server HTTP 403 Forbidden error

Hi - I downloaded the wordpress mini server and was able to upgrade it to WP2.7 no problem - However when I went to change the permalink structure to custom /%postname%/ and submited the change suddenly I can't access the blog any more and get a HTTP 403 Forbidden.

 

any idea what could be wrong ???

    Sorry for the delay been busy!

    Please note mini_server_16_wordpress has been updated.

     

    New Versions are:

    mini_server_16_wordpress_v1_1.exe

    mini_server_16_wordpress_v1_1.zip

     

    Upgraded to WordPress 2.7 and updated .htaccess file
