Newbie Needs Help

I followed all directions by the book. I tried to hook up to the net and this is the error i get. I continue to get this error . I tried everything please someone help?

Im trying to put it on line and when I put my IP in the address bar it shows that error.

Yes a index.html page.

This line is very reassuring:

It confirms your servers are working and accessible with that IP address.

 

I think you may have a corrupt .htaccess file a quick check would be to move it to another folder (or delete it) and try accessing your server again.
