When contact us, please provide your website order No., purchase date and the problem you encountered, so our customer service team will process your warranty request accordingly. If your product is still in the warranty period and covered by the warranty policy, we will provide you with a prepaid label, please send back your failed parts using the label, as well as inform us of the tracking No. Once we receive your returned item, a factory-refurbished model of equal value will be sent to you. If your product has gone beyond the warranty period,, unfortunately, you could still buy a new part on our website to replace the failed one.
