I have followed all the instructions on setup page and when I start server a blue screen with Uniform server on it flashes on screen then off diverting to apanel but there is no apanelthe browser window is there but its empty, I have also put a html index page in www folder and tried to view that ? address is there but window is empty.I`ve spent ages trying to figure it out but to no avail.someone please helpthankspanatechps I`m using seamonkey browserand Internet explorerexplorer cannot find site either.
