Hey thanks.Ok am done.

But may i ask how do i run or integrate

another forum software to wordpress?

Do i have to install it like wordpress? How

can the forum software be linked to wp?

Thanks

Adding forum software will be similar to the process you used for Wordpress.

Linking Wordpress to a Forum (you never mentioned which one) is just a matter of using a link, also applies in reverse.

If your domain name were fred.com you would place the following link in your forum to access Wordpress:

http://fred.com/wordpress/index.php

If you installed your forum in folder myforum and it is accessible using http://localhost/myforum/index.php

You would insert a link in Wordpress to access it, which would look like:

http://fred.com/myforum/index.php

All the best

I did upload the wordpress sw as blog folder and the PHBB sw inside the WWW folder.

When you say to link the forum sw to wp.does this mean manually putting a text anchor on wp

index?

What i have in mind is to create a separate index page for both of them(wp and phbb).

Which the WWW folder will have inside= index page +blog folder+phbb folder?

Am i wrong?

Thanks

What you are doing looks fine.

You can use a text link (manually placed) anywhere in either WP or PHBB to cross-link your sites.

There is no right or wrong to what you propose, if it produces the effect you want then its right.

All the best
