SugarCRM and Uniform Server

Featured Replies

I'm trying to get SugarCRM working on Uniform server, and run into a problem.

In order to fully run SugarCRM I need to have "IMAP c-client libraries enabled/compiled".

Can anyone tell me how to do this?

I've posted in the PHP help area - but now no one has been able to provide any guidance, I hope some here can help.

Really appreciate the assistance.

Thank you.

It's within PHP.

What kind of libraries is that... You have to explain further.... Perl?

I've not had much luck installing using the pear installation. I keep getting the following error,

Not Found

The requested URL /viewcvs.cgi/pear-core/PEAR.php was not found on this server.

Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) DAV/2 PHP/5.2.3 Server at cvs.php.net Port 80

ok

Bootstrapping: Archive_Tar............(remote) ok

Bootstrapping: Console_Getopt.........(remote) ok

Fatal error: Class 'PEAR' not found in W:\home\admin\www\plugins\pear\go_pear.php on line 738

I've tried using the latest installer from go-pear, but I still get the same error. Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help.

Yeah, this is an error from the PEAR side.. We are also looking into it.. Everyone is experiencing it, not just from Uniform Server. Your best bet will be to go to their website and look for it there and download what you need.

Hi Olajide

This seems to be a moving target; I think this work around still works worth a try:

It looks as if their Channel Management system is now working!

All the best
