I want to password protect apanel but how Do I do that?

Please help me here I need all the security I can get. Especially If I am gonna host a warez site.

Just edit the /home/admin/www/.htaccess file and uncomment where it says u should.

 

You can change the password from the admin panel.

I am gonna switch to Linux. Getting sick of slow ass speeds on games and other crap. Ubuntu sounds nice

Got it working.

Although Ubuntu is pretty slow for my pc lol.

I tried the live version CD did not seem to like my DVD Burner that well.

Try Slax Live CD

Slax looks pretty good. Although I am looking for a distro.

With apache, mysql, phpmyadmin etc. For servers.

Also With All ATI Graphics Drivers.

 

And where I can change the IP to Static. Since I have a static IP.
