First time running phpMyBackupPro v.2.1

 

on the Start page I get the following.

 

Choose in the top menu what you want to do next! If this is your first time using phpMyBackupPro you should start with the configuration! The rights of the directory 'export' and the file 'global_conf.php' must be set to 0777.

 

I am running Windows XP Home. Exactly what are they talking about set to 0777? Pretty sure they're talking about file attributes, but not sure what the 0777 means.

 

Any suggestions? Aside from running linux that is. It's somewhat difficult to install on Acer Aspires, screwy acpi bios junk involved.
