Phpbb Debug Mail Problem

Using Phpbb Version 2.0.22

I don't use mail. And I Do not have mail installed on my server computer here.

For some reason when I add another member to my site.

It does that debug mail error after people join.

Is there a phpbb mod/hack to get rid of that debug error ?
