How Do I get started ??

I'm not sure exactly what the others are for, but usr I believe is for programs, such as the perl interpreter.

WWW is like public_html; put content to be served in there or in subdirectories under it.

Regarding the folders under uniserver3_2a: Doc I believe is for documentation. Diskw is that the disk "w:\" that the start.bat creates redirects to. putting files in it is the same as putting them under w:\. Doing it that way allows you to have an installation-free server. You shouldn't have to copy anything to diskw. Just put them in w:\www.

I hope this answers your questions.
